CL17-17-17-37

CL18-19-19-39

Lower the timings the better. So the first one is better, plus no need to get 4000mhz. Get 3600 instead

yes, but how much better is those?
i want the high mhz because its yelding better performance in cpu demanding games, going under 4000 is not an option for me

There is less than 8 FPS difference between a 3600 MHz CL17 and a 4133 MHz CL19 kit and often the difference is 2-3 FPS
Yes 4000 MHz is tiny bit faster but is that tiny difference worth spending that much on?

Better off spending the difference on a better GPU or better cooking for a higher OC.
