Its not a problem with wattage you got more than enough the problem is the unit is bit rubbish and only rated for full wattage at 40c
Okay, so worst case scenario, if PSU reaches 40c it will power down to prevent damage? If that happens I replace psu?.. 40c at max wattage.. at let's say 70% wattage it won't reach 40c?

If the OTP is working as it should the PSU should power down to prevent damage
On the other hand with Andyson being the OEM you can never be 100% sure if the safeties will actually work

You didn't say if you tried different power cables to the gpu. Either way, it sounds like you're playing Russian Roulette using that psu.

Its mediocre at worst its probably not going to blow up or start a fire but with the cheap EVGA units you never know as there are a few reports of the 600B (not the 600 BQ) starting fires

I really don't know about that.. i still can use RMA.. but can't use that if psu is working as intended? No coil whine a no downclocks of any kind.. since i stared this thread, everyone just keep saying "it's psu".. but since i replaced my RAM memory.. didn't had single freeze, same setup with 4x4gb hyperx fury insted crucial 1x8gb...
I played Tom clansy wildlands, my GPU cant push everything on ultra, but it can do ultra - something to very high, constant above 60 fps.. even during explosions fps is stable... only one thing happend, one time it sttutered , probably while transitioning between map texture since game is freshly installed.. i had stuuter of 2,3 seconds (not freeze) and then everything was fine and couldn't replicate it.. i guess it was needed to load textures?

You dont need that much wattage and the G3 is also very loud when used in eco mode
