[New Build] Portable Mini-ATX + Full Size GPU

Hello everyone,

My last build was in 2006 when the Q6600 G0 was one of the best budget CPUs for the price and overclockability.
I've gotten to a place where I think I deserve a new PC to last me until the next age of CPUs.
I wanted a Mini-ATX case to travel if needed back home on a plane with the full-power of a great CPU/GPU/RAM.
I also need recommendations or suggestions of a monitor as opposed to the one listed below.

Please rate the build, leave suggestions, or recommendations to REDUCE price below:

$109.12 | Case: Silverstone RVZ03 Slim Mini-ITX case
$69.99 | PSU: Corsair 650 Watts Semi Modular
$68.99 | Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16gb DDR4 2666
$119.99 | MOBO ASRock Z390M-ITX/ac LGA 1151 Intel
$259.99 | CPU: Intel i5-9600K
$44.99 | CPU Cooler: SCYTHE Big Shuriken 3
$107.99 | Crucial P1 1TB NVMe PCIe M.2. SSD
$319.99 | RX Vega 56 Powercolor RED DRAGON <---- Can switch for 1660 TI (Some light gaming + FPS)
Total without monitor: $1177.05

$329.99 | Monitor: ASUS VG279Q 27" 1ms 144hz G-Sync <----- Recommendations welcome
Total: 1507.04 w/ Monitor

Nice but if you are going with the unlocked i5 I'd suggest a Z390 itx mobo and make sure you get a SFF power supply

I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to parts now.
EDIT*** Just found out that you need a Z370 to overclock the CPU or Ram.

Also, the case supports Full Size ATX PSU that is under 140mm, so the Corsair PSU should work.

MOBO and prices updated, and thank you for the response!

Its watts not volts and which exact Corsair model are you talking about?
Also note that an NVME SSD is a waste of money unless you will be working with and moving around large files on the drive, for gaming NVME is only a second faster at most compared to AHCI

Edit: as for the monitor 1080P on a 27 inch give you a PPI of 81,59 which is frankly terrible so either drop down to a 24 inch 1080P monitor or upgrade to a 1440P monitor
1080P on a 24 inch give you a PPI of 91,79 and 1440P on a 27 inch give you a PPI of 108,79
