This seems to be a repeating issue. I have the same problem. It only happens with prime 95 and never repeats with any other stress test. I’m convinced it’s a memory buffer overrun.

I did install bellow package

Intel MEI Drivers & Software Consumer v1922.12.0.1276

Unfortunately it didn't help

Did you flash the latest bios and if you did double check if the ME region is fine by using MEInfo in the Intel (CS)ME System Tools.

I have a Ryzen 3900X & 9900K,I don't think air cooling can effectively keeps this 2 chips cool & stable,my 9900K has an Id cooling auraflow 360,4.7ghz auto out of the box except setting xmp to 3200mhz,ibt test max out at 75c,stable,no bsod
