I tried a 32GB kit and it worked fine. Same issue as you with a 128GB kit. Haven't tried 64GB. Is the 64gb kit you have an 8x8GB? I'm starting to think populating all 8 slots causes this problem.

edit just looked at the link.. maybe its an issue with 16GB DIMMs.. not sure. I'm troubleshooting it on my side still hopefully will have something to figure it out soon.
