Few issues with my rig

Hey all so as the title states I'm having a few issues.
Now last year I upgraded to my rig from my old 2500k system.
All was great I enjoyed the huge power jump but I found myself having little issues here and there something I never experienced with my previous system even though I was doing the exact same things with this one.

So one of the problems I'm having is random USB bandwidth errors even though I'm not using all my USB ports. I run VR on my system using a HTC Vive but I tend to have those errors when I'm not using VR.
I did own a Oculus Rift before and I had those issues allot along with USB drop outs where my sensors would always just randomly disconnect out of no where.

Another issue I'm having is windows explorer crashing randomly at times when I try to open two explorers to transfer files from one folder to another.

The last issues is my computer occasionally stutters out of no where. I'll just be browsing the internet or going through files and it just starts to freeze and stutter randomly until it fixes itself.

I'm running a 8600k at stock speeds with a Asrock Z370 Extreme 4 with 16gb of T-Force Dark ram.

Apparently the USB issues are a problem with a select few who own Asrock boards.

Any input on my issues would be appreciated. Thanks.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong location.

When's the last time you reinstalled the OS? If specifically File Explorer is having issues then it sounds like it'd be a good idea to give that a go before trying to diagnose anything else.

Never heard of any AsRock specific USB issues but I do occasionally get "Not Enough USB Controller Resources" errors sometimes on my Taichi. Where did you see there were AsRock USB issues out of curiosity?

Pretty much the only USB device that gets plugged/unplugged into USB on a regular basis with my rig is my phone, and I chalked it up to a wonky phone since it's old and on its last leg anyway (plus it has issues with a lot of my wall chargers too).

Yeah I was thinking about giving that a go.
I don't really have a good internet connection (I'm on a 4G mobile connection with a 500gb cap) so it'll be a pain for me to do it just yet.

I saw it on the Asrock forums on there site. A number of people mentioned it as well as someone else with a Taichi board like yours.

If you want you could run sfc /scannow from an elevated command/powershell prompt and see if it can fix anything. I was having a hard time getting benches to run on one of my test rigs so I reinstalled and they all ran fine afterward.

You can try to scan for errors check for bad sectors on the HD and defrag if it's not a SSD. Reinstalling Windows sounds like a win though.
