socket replacement

Hi,

a link to a video on Youtube - someone replaces the socket very professionally!

There is a jig / vice to hold the motherboard in place - the motherboard is heated to 200 C - then heat is applied to the socket.

A soldering iron or similar is used (but I'm not familiar with these)_

socket is replaced - all the equipment used looks industrial

>>> Hopefully some members here can explain all the equipment that is necessary to do this - there may be smaller versions of the equipment to get the job done.

I need a socker replaced on two boards at least so any info appeciated -
