X58 x5675 OC - need good settings

Hello!

I've got the this PC with i7-920 and I changed it to x5675 that I've bought from Aliexpress and some samsung server ram to it. so now it's:

MOBO : ASUS P6T
CPU : Xeon x5675
Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 120V
RAM : Server ram(not sure about the type) 6*4GB
SSD : 850EVO 250GB+1TB HDD
GPU : EVGA GTX970
PSU : not remember the model, but it's a good seasonic with 700w+

I had made some OC's in the past but now I put the CM sedion and it's feels very lame cooler. I mean, I think that my past aircooling(Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme) is much better that this one, so I might be swapping them again.

I just want to reach a stable 4.2ghz-4.5ghz top for daily use and some gaming on my 1080 LG's ultrawide screen. I have tried in the last hours a lot of x5675's settings that I've found but every single time I got BSOD in POST starting or shortly after POST and normal using as web browsing...

Any advices?
should I replace any of these coolers? or should I OC the CPU but not the RAM(it's even possible? I'm newbie)

anyway, my current settings are not relevant cuz I changed it a lot of times lately and I need a whole new settings for EVERYTHING there haha
I should mention that without any OC the PC running just fine with non issues.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks. knowing my RAM is that important detail that I need to know if I want to make such a "simple" OC to my CPU/system?

Try 22*180 turn off turbo, vcore 1.3v. qpi 1.3v, uncore x2 multi of ram, ram multi x6. Cooler is weak, it has no chance of cooling overclocked x58 cpu over 4ghz, and even 4 is questionable. Try it, if temps shoot over 85c decrease bclk by 5 and try again

I had i7 920 quite a long time ago, good sample, and it needed 1.34v for 4,3ghz and noctua nhd14 barely cooled it. That xeon is 32nm granted, and dissipates less heat, but still, v120 is entry level AIO. I doubt that it could handle even 4ghz,maybe 3.6-3.8
