Newbie Help with Build

Its been a long time since I've dealt with building a rig to the point Ive basically forgotten everything.

I was wondering if you guys could help me with building a solid gaming rig to help me be able to run dual monitors (future 3rd) and run a game like fortnite smoothly at 240fps.

Id like to keep it as low budget as possible, but leave room for upgrading in the future.

Thank you.

PS. If any more details you need just ask. newbie so I may have left Vital information out.

The most important information we need for a gaming build is gaming resolution. Do you plan on gaming at 1080p, 1440p, or 4K? Do you plan on gaming on a widescreen monitor? I assume since you want to keep the budget as low as possible with a high frame rate, you will be gaming on 1080p.

Storage solution can be tweaked if you don't like the setup, but the rest is about as budget as I would go for the performance you want.
