Which game does this happen on? Does it freeze with other games?
Try updating your graphics drivers if you havn't. Maybe that will help you.

Oh-oh! I didn't see you had a GeForce 79xx card, those are well known for crapping out for no reason. That's why I never bought a 79xx series.

Run 3DMark06 if you see any anomalies, then time for a new card or RMA that one.

How are the temperatures in that system? I mean video card, CPU, MoBo.

PSU hiccups?

Try using Driver Cleaner Pro and reinstall the drivers. Here: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=745

the graphic card temp about 65-67C, system temp is 32C, and the cpu core temp is 32 idle, 48-56 with full load depend on which OCed on fsb.
one thing I know is when I put everything back to normal ( none OC) then the graphic card not frozen anymore, I ran the game (turn on bot program) since last nite till now is almost 19hrs straight non stop .. the game still run fine
so that make me think is not a graphic card, is something to do with the OC to the system.
the weird thing is when I oc , it's only freeze in game but not other program such as prime, memtest, or 3Dmark ...
any opinion to help solve this problem ?
