Theres a big difference between the PS and the PS2, lol, what do you mean.
anyway the slim is a LOT smaller then the fat with just a built in network adaptor and is a little faster.

I am 66% addicted to Counterstrike:Source. What about you? biggrin.gif

man, dont get xbox, stay with playstation, its got better games, i had the fat ps2 but when it broke i got the slim one and it does not lag, probably your cd's are just alittle scratched up.

I recommend PS2 Fat

I have had my PS2 FAT for since 2001 and it just finally died after 18 years! I have gone thru 2 XBOX 360'S and 2 Dreamcasts in the time I have had my PS2 FAT. Yes it could be noisy but the darn thing lasted longer than some of the cars I have owned so I highly recommend a PS2 FAT. I wouldn't go for the slims because even though Sony might have tried to improve on ergonomics, they probably used cheaper components to increase profit.
