Can I return an video game to Walmart if used for 2 week?

I bought a video game from Walmart and I played games on it 3-5 days almost 2-3 hours. The video game after 3-5 days seems to be defective. The video effects on a display screen and user interaction would pause automatically, and the remote button of video game started popping out from the remote. Many of them suggested to me that if you have the receipt then you can exchange it anytime. Can I exchange a video game or get a refund if I have used it for a 2 week?

Depends on the state you live in. In Wisconsin it is state law where you would only be able to exchange the game for an identical unit.

You know Walmart has their policy on the back of the receipt and online, right?
Why on earth would you pick an overclocking site to ask this particular question?
