Streaming help

please help me figure this out idk know anything about streaming or any of that I'm using twitch and obs my resolution is 3840x2160 im outputting to 1920x1080



and sorry if this isn't in right spot

also my specs are
Thermaltake P3 White//AMD RYZEN 7 3800X 8-Core 3.9 GHz (4.5 GHz Turbo)
Corsair H100i-PRO//GIGABYTE GA-AX370-Gaming K5 MB
EVGA RTX-2080TI (11GB) 1TB-SSD//8TBHDD(x2)

and my internet is spectrum just did this speed test
Download Speed
95.5 Mbps

Upload Speed
11.1 Mbps

sometimes the stream is a little behind but I mostly just want people to be able to see it right

Are you saying you want your viewers to watch your stream in 4K? Few problems with that. Twitch doesn't support that, not many people have 4K displays so it would be pointless on the viewer side of things, and finally your upload speed is nowhere near high enough to support that. 1920x1080, sometimes in 60 fps, is pretty much the highest video quality you're going to see on Twitch, regardless of what software you're using to stream.

As far as stream delay goes, if I'm not mistaken you don't have control over that unless you're a partner, but the delay by default is pretty low. Something around 10 seconds.
