Waterproof cabling? Maybe a 16amp c-form can run out from the wall, that would be cool, until a voltage leak happens along with a water leak and you step on a puddle.

Speaking of which, I just googled for that and it's an actual product, I wouldn't recommend using it to pull cables though.
