|Marc79||In today's market a GTX 590 is really an old tech, it consumes lotsa power, has low vram 1.5GB, as you can see barely playable at 720p with low settings in the Division. I game with one 980 Ti (running 362.00 driver) in Division @4k res at High Preset to give an example with 35-50 fps. I honestly wouldn't even bother for 100 euros. Something like a GTX 960 will outperform that card.|

Im stillusing this card, but after purchase teh game: The division, which i can play on 1024 x 768 on low settings at decent framerates 40 a 45.
Trying to sele my cars and will go for gtx980ti in future 4 months, what is a good price to sell my gtx590 for? (i spend 700 euro's for it)
Then again its 5 years old...

Walking dead, dudes!
Just got one of these little dudes.. and just headed over all overclocking branches and found a lot of broking links and also different opinios of what voltage can be reached with recent drivers..
Despite of gettin obviosly no real use of going more than my stable [email protected] in case of PDL etc i am proud to inform u that also i have bought a new EK fullcover for 15$ discounted (under my loop that air fan of 590 made me a little furious) so my overclockers ego still wants to fry those gpu
After my research of how to get more than .963 i realized that first i need to flash v42 modified bios and then overclock on afterburner with recent driver.
I have pailit gtx and all bios links were broken so I just flashed this msi variant and as result the second core reached modified .975v but the first core was unable to raise its voltage at 3D mode and continued at .875v until driver crash and just after that it reached .975v just for a couple of seconds and gets 0.875 idle again all by afterburner monitoring
Any variants i can dig further on this? I looked for more bios here but all v42 is just by one file for one core? I have tried to flash that on both gpu with no luck.
upd. well newermind i just found v42 bios here and its works just fine 4 me @.988v currently running 730 core

Hi, not sure if this thread is still alive, can't remember the make of my card, however I have replaced the cooler on it with a water cooler (I will try to find the make later when I have chance to go into the loft)
The rom files are above, (when getting these with GPUz I was not sure if it would need both.
would it be possible to get the voltage tweak done on this?

Original MSI GTX590 Bios, would you please be kind to give them a boost
edit: not needed, card burned with mars 2 bios, time for uppgrade lol.
problem was that i didnt change volt in nbitior and only in asus tweak (1.0000v) which didnt master the unlock since it Went to 1.0750v anyways, core voltage were not available in afterburner, tried 4 versions and to unlóck them. a bit sad that i never got to mine some with it Before the bios change i did 500kh/s on it with cudaminer new release, so pretty good
I had to light it up one more time with fíre extinguisher rdy, Bright light = Heatkiller hole edition waterblock for sale!
and merry christmas
