Jetster The H100i fits in the top, not the H105 or the H110.

The H100i will depend on the mosfet heatsink on your motherboard for proper fit

Wolfsbora My bad, guys, I meant to reply to both as best I can:

I'm going to venture and say no. As I recall, it can only accommodate a 240 rad up top. It can, however, accept 2 x 140mm fans. I'm going to research this further, though.

I don't know the specific size of that rad but I will bet it won't fit due to the tube inlet/outlet. Again, this isn't a definite. I had to heavily modify mine for a 240 rad that was 84mm thick. Definitely not the thickness of yours but the height will be the issue.

pez Yeah, one beautiful thing about Corsair cases are the spare parts that Corsair stocks. I'm in need of a few filters, and it's nice to know it's easy to get them. And cheap, IMO.

Corsair doesn't seem to have any replacements. any suggestions to stop it from falling out? Options on getting a 2nd hand version? Other suggestions?

Edit: I take that back. It seems that Corsair does have replacements (now). I can't tell you how many times I have looked.

Is that what I need? The part with the 'corsair' logo is all I need ... but happy to take all of it just to get that one piece.

My current system is:
I5 4690k
Maximus 7 gene
Corsair 350d matx
Seasonic 850w
16gb hyperx fury
2 gtx 980's in sli

My problem is about the temp of my current system. In sli both cards have like 3mm gap between them, this causes the top card to heat up to 85-91c while the bottom remains relatively cool at 60ish degrees. I have spent the past 2-3 weeks looking for an aircooled solution to no avail. Everyone I ask points me to get watercooling. I am not ready to go into this primarily becuase of the costs involved.

Now I see an option to change mobo and case to atx.

My question is if i change my case to the obsidian 550d(it has 2 slots for side fans btw) and retain my gene 7 matx mobo and sli two gpu's, will the gpu temps go down as there is a sidefan to help with the cooling? And if so, is this a practical long term solution? I want to save as much as possible but not to the point of compromising future performance or temp problems.

TL:DR
Will obsidian 550d case help my temps on matx motherboard in sli with the cards on top of each other.

Your temps are normal for those cards in SLI. Hot but normal. The Top card will always run hot regardless of how close they are. You wont see any change changing cases to the 550D. With a Side 200mm and high static fans will help a little but the top card hitting 90c is hot but ok. nVidia's listed max temp is 98c
