Made a new power switch since the old was was inaccessible with the new front cover. Used an old switch from a Dell XPS case, it already had custom sleeving i added in past.
I was going to use a regular button but regular plastics looked bad and cheap, so changed my mind and went with a round screw head.

Attached the mesh to the front panel with some epoxy glue last night, which worked very well. Also did some sanding on the edges to reduce the surplus mesh.
I'm planning to add some bondo / metal filler to the whole front panel and sand it down for a more clean finish, since it has been scratched a lot lately.
The mesh i used had a lot of rust on it that's why it looks too "dark".

After some long vacations , i've finally do some more progress on this. Did some changes on the desing and i'll make a more "simplier" front panel with metallic mesh.
As you can see i already did some cuts but it still needs a lof of sanding so it looks better.
Also the location of the On/Off switch will be diferent since the one that's on the middle won't be usable anymore.
p.d: sorry for the pics orientation and size, the new editor is garbage.
