I wouldn't worry - 5GHz on 16 threads is plenty fast enough.

That's my 24/7 OC and my SIL quality is 118%

If you go into the BIOS. What's the SIL quality of your CPU?

Wihglah I have the same vdroop. Nothing I have done seems to fix it.

Your temps look good too.

I would not advise using the max LLC though - it can do some crazy stuff you aren't necessarily aware of.

What motherboard do you have?

SupremeCookie Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I initially thought this looked really good but now more and more people are receiving theirs, ive seen some with temps of 67-70 air cooled which seems like a tiny gap in comparison to a custom loop. though this might be normal i don't know.

The Pook It looks fine. Unfortunately very few people have the Coffee Lake refresh CPUs so you're not gonna get a whole lot of first hand experience help.

The voltage you set in the BIOS will never be what the CPU is going to get rock solid because of vDroop. You can play with LLC settings in the BIOS to minimize it but you'll never get it 100% away.

LLC of 5 on my board does the best job - I set 1.365v in BIOS and at idle it'll run ~1.376v and under load it'll drop to ~1.364v. Every board handles LLC differently - some use a % and some use Levels 1 - 7 (like mine). Just pick one, boot into Windows, see what vCore is doing at idle/load, and if it's not better, reboot and pick another.
