smitty5569 The TPA3116 amp looks like it will do what I need for a good price.

Thanks for the replies

Tiihokatti Topping MX3, Sabaj A4, SMSL AD18, Micca OriGain, etc.
TPA3116 amps are good too if you are on a low budget.

The Pook from the cheapies to the less-cheapies: Kinter K2020A+, SMSL SA36, Micca OriGain, SMSL SA50, or SMSL SA-98E ... though I wouldn't go any lesser than the OriGain with those speakers.

I'm looking for a cheap way to hook Pioneer SP-FS52-LR speakers to my HTPC?

I'm a total audio noob. I just want to hook up a pair of Pioneer SP-FS52-LR speakers to my HTPC. I know they're not powered, so I need an amp or a receiver. However, I don't want to spend $200 on a receiver to run $200 speakers. What can I do?
