SolarNova I'm going to be making a 24/7 very sub ambient system at some point in the future, how does this DragonSkin work with graphics cards and water blocks ?

It looks like it has a tendency to set rather thick, I would think that would become an issue when trying to use it and neoprene between a graphics card and waterblock.

Has any1 tried it on a graphics card yet ? Any Pics ?

FireRx NoGuru ,
I have one more question on the Dragon Skin, how do you treat the area around the capacitors and VRM's on the Asus RIVE. on My SS seat up. that is the path of any posibbility of condensation.rolleyes.gif

FireRx Thanks CaxViper.

Yeah I run a SS built into a Lian Li V2000 Case. thumb.gif I sent a Asus RIVE board back on RMA, and will be getting a new one back shortly. So I want to try this on it. already ordered the kit. thumb.gif

CAxVIPER A few people are but they are running phase and not LN2 or DICE. At least I don't think they are

FireRx Guys, with this method of condensation control are all or any of you doing dielectric grease in the core socket, or not?

NoGuru Even with a bad mount I think you should be doing better than that unless it's only hitting a corner.

Will do. Running into issues with the CPU at the moment. My temps are out of whack. Idle its at 0°C across all cores (lower obviously but software wont go any lower) yet when it loads it goes straight to 75°C, which is the same as my WC loop at 1.5v. (Currently at 1.45v) Im either not mounted good or I made a mistake somewhere else... I tested the mount pressure about 5 times before the final application, Im wondering if I forgot to clean the old thermal past off the waterblock before the final mount. thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

The GPU on the other hand is doing great. No great idea of what the temperatures are, but with the res currently at -22°C the GPU is loading at about 5°C. Wish I had a better way to monitor the actual temperature so I can atleast know my delta. Res should bottom out around -33°C.

Ill upload some GPU benching results in a bit. Afterward ill see what I can figure out about the CPU.
