I suggest turning everything to always on under power savings options, and manualy control when to turn the monitor off.

|archer_456||Have you checked the BIOS to make sure that it doesn't have a power saving option that powers down the PCI or AGP slot after setting for a set amount of time? Also check windows Power option to make sure it is not set up to power down the monitor. I have had this enabled in windows before and experienced the same thing. It didn't do it all the time, just when it sat for several hours at a time.|

Im haveing a small problem with the monitor in the second rig in my signature.
From time to time, not every day. The monitor will shut down by itself. the only way to get it going is to hard boot. Ive tried other monitors - Same thing. This may not be a monitor or G card problem as I cannot see the screen. Has anyone ever seen something simlar??
