Sounds good to me, all you need now is a case and RAM?

a beige case with a generic psu would be nice, what do you think i can get?
Well you can find a plain beige case with generic PSU from just about anywhere for real cheap.

I like Aspire cases, they are built pretty good. here is a plain beige one from newegg.com ---> 32$ plus shipping http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...144-061&depa=1

If you something a little more fancy ---> $44 plus shipping. http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...144-029&depa=1

I like this one ---> $62 w/FREE shipping. http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...144-077&depa=1

I wouldn't settle with a no name case and generic PSU. I would stay with a trusted manufacturer.

If you are just going to use it for Folding and thats it, I wouldn't spend alot of money on anything except a decent mobo and a good CPU.

You could get a mobo whithout all the bells and whistles (still get a decent one though), get a P4 w/ht (2.4C are running around $159 at newegg). Get the smallest Hard drive you could get (don't need anything big just for folding), atleast 512Mb Ram (some cheap value ram) a cheap video card or get a mobo with onboard video, Windows xp, a cheap case, a cd-rom and thats about it.

2.4C P4 --->$159 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...116-157&depa=1
mobo ---> $90 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...131-484&depa=0 .
RAM ---> $87 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...141-413&depa=1
Hard drive --->$46 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...140-133&depa=1
cd drive ---> around $20
windows xp ---> around $90
Case around $50
cheap Video card $60 unless you get a mobo with onboard video.

Well this is a little above $500 but it gives you an idea, you can go cheaper if you want to.
