What about the side where the oil is leaking from. Should I wipe down the pads themselves of surface oil ?

Evga Greasy Residue
I didn't notice this until recently, but my 1060 has that dreaded oil running from the thermal pads.

Does anyone know how long before these pad's cooling performance will drop significantly, or should I just change it out now ?
