Its not really a setting issue I believe. There are parts and time on the maps where my usual 60 fps locked at 1440p will drop to 53 and hold. At those places i can drop every setting outside of resolution and I will only gain 2fps there's just some really unoptimized places on the maps. I have everything set to its max and 95 percent of the time its locked to 60. The crashing bug is very specific and its only happening when im in a party. That tells me its a bug with the game or drivers and since it just started happening I hope it gets fixed. One of the most underrated things of any video game I ever played is the division putting you right back into the activity and party your in even if you crashed and most of the time uplay is crashing as well, very slick feature.

This fixed it for me!!

I've experienced this with the extra streaming distance set as low as 1. Any Ideas?

Some people in game have told me its because I went AMD... This is an AMD title.

For me, it was using DX12. I was able to minimize it by limiting fps to my monitors' max. It would still happen, but not as much. Eventually I just turned of dx12 and the frequent hangs/drops went away.

TT isn't stating their GeForce driver used, so since it looks like what you would get without a game driver, I'm guessing that is the cause of TT's skewed rankings. AMD still does relatively well in this game.

You 2080ti guys have a problem. It's not a affording it problem, it's a *** is Nvidia is thinking with this pricing problem. But hey, buy another leather jacket for Jensen.
Right now you get some free games and one of those games is Anthem, so technically the 2080ti does offer crap for it's price.

Fact is, you pay the most money, for the fastest card. Performance gains at the top end between generations have NEVER been relative to the percentile increase in performance.

A lot of hate nowadays, much more than there ever was.
