Its not really a setting issue I believe. There are parts and time on the maps where my usual 60 fps locked at 1440p will drop to 53 and hold. At those places i can drop every setting outside of resolution and I will only gain 2fps there's just some really unoptimized places on the maps. I have everything set to its max and 95 percent of the time its locked to 60. The crashing bug is very specific and its only happening when im in a party. That tells me its a bug with the game or drivers and since it just started happening I hope it gets fixed. One of the most underrated things of any video game I ever played is the division putting you right back into the activity and party your in even if you crashed and most of the time uplay is crashing as well, very slick feature.

Some people in game have told me its because I went AMD... This is an AMD title.

For me, it was using DX12. I was able to minimize it by limiting fps to my monitors' max. It would still happen, but not as much. Eventually I just turned of dx12 and the frequent hangs/drops went away.

Im having the same thing, it started after the last patch. It will completely freeze for a second or two then come back unless im in a party then it will crash. Im running a 1800x and 1080ti. It was butter smooth in beta and the early release for premium members. It was happening before endgame for me. I think its tied to skills from what ive read. The drone is a big player.

TT isn't stating their GeForce driver used, so since it looks like what you would get without a game driver, I'm guessing that is the cause of TT's skewed rankings. AMD still does relatively well in this game.

Right now you get some free games and one of those games is Anthem, so technically the 2080ti does offer crap for it's price.

Of course, but I assure you, visuals have been closer now between medium and ultra than they ever were. Even back in my GF4 ti4200 days, the settings actually meant huge visual differences. 2080ti doesn't offer you crap for the price.
