Just noticed I'm jumping way ahead with my driver versions. I noticed the issue starting with 19.4.1 where my screen would turn green and purple. Seems like a common issue with the driver installation since that release.

It seems to be fixed, at least on v64. Right now, not running any gpu intensive tasks, memory frequency is sitting at 800. It doesn't look like it scales lower than 800, at least so far. Goes up to my OC (1065) when in game. One thing that was weird, was during the install everything turned green for about ten seconds. Never seen that before.

I noticed 19.15.2 and 19.16.1 both locked the HBM2 frequency to 800Mhz when anything was open in the background. As soon as I close any background application the HBM speeds jump right up to 1250Mhz. I reported the issue, I'm curious if it was fixed on the Radeon VII.

|Drake87||Seems to be a major improvement over the last driver update, at least on my system. Haven't run any benchmarks, but it doesn't appear to have the poor frametimes as before.|
