It works with the current BIOS sort of. I'm getting the dreaded C5 error. Some don't but I recommend you hold off on this combo until Asus comes out with a new BIOS that fixes the bugs. The Wraith Prism cooler works fine with the Crosshair VI Hero even though it doesn't have the 3 pin RGB header. You can use a USB 2 header to control the RGB on the cooler. COOLER Master has software that you can download. It works great.

Hello, I was wondering if the R7 3700X would work with this after a bios update. Also wondering if the included wraith prism would light up, as I can't see any 3pin RGB headers on the mobo.
