It'll bench at 1975mhz but it's not stable above 1949mhz @ 1.087v.

My 1080 Ti is the first MSI GPU I ever owned and while it works just fine and the cooler is fantastic and it looks pretty sweet (IMO) it's also one of the worst OCing 1080 Tis on OCN.

(I know I just lost the silicon lottery and my sample size of 1 is too small to make the assumption that all MSI cards are crap but it still left a bad taste in my mouth )

@OP: Personally, I would definitely recommend the MSI. I also have an MSI 1080 Ti and it's the best card I ever had. Very silent fans even at max (vs strix for ex), runs really cool (about 60c max under load, side panel off) and OCs decently.

Have you looked at the MSI Gaming X Trio X?
After looking at all of the cards including the EVGA cards thats what i got
I have but I just pulled the trigger on the Ventus OC 2080. With my discount, shipped it was 628. To me that's a hell of a deal.

oblivious Wow, so sleeping on this decision I woke up and was going to buy the EVGA. To my surprise the price on it went 130 dollars 😡

I'm going to buy one of these cards because I get an employee discount at a seller which knocks both down to around 600 after tax but I'm not sure which one to go with.

I want go with EVGA since I'm a fan of their products but the MSI card is factory overclocked and both seem to have good reviews online.
