mongoled Ive found these modules on Amazon.de

F4-3600C15D-16GTZ (exactly the same as the ones in my signature, which yesterday I accidentally destroyed one of the dimms).

https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01EI5YROC/

At a very good price of 173.00 € (they dont appear at the price ive quoted unless you are a business customer).

Amazon.co.uk are selling them for 228.00 GBP (around 258.00 €)

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01EI5YROC/

So I am very lucky to come across these

The first set I bought at the end of August 2017 cost me 240.00 €

Much appreciated.

What a timing... I just bought myself more ram too. But let see if I'm never getting them because the availablity is nonexistent. But it takes time when A-die is matured.

Fluxmaven B-Die is EOL so yes, there will be a shortage eventually. I don't have any inside scoop on how much inventory retailers are sitting on though.

Probably wont see A-Die out on the shelves for a while.

New=/= better. Just because B-die is dying at the same time A-die is introduced doesn't mean A-die is the new B-die. B-die just happens to be an older die and they need to move away from it to make room for new products.
