I got both my Model Ds from batch 1 (bought from PC Case Gear) and neither of them have these issues. I would try again if you're not happy with it. That's gotta be frustrating when the replacement has issues as well.

Lucky you , they made me do a video to showcase the sideflex button actuation. And after filling out every form and uploading the video, they told me contact the store i bought it from. :/

- Squeaky scroll wheel (minor annoyance)

I am looking at getting it replaced but seeing as though I will need to cover postage costs to and from the retailer I'm not sure if it is worth the bother.

Has anyone got similar issues with their Model D? From memory one of the reviews mentioned the Matte version has more button wobble.

Have you tried contacting Glorious? They might replace it for you via RMA.

I have two copies, a matte black and a gloss white. The buttons on the gloss white one are tight and the matte black copy has a tiiiiiny bit of movement. It's not anywhere near big enough to be an issue in my case though.

I think the slight difference in my case comes down to the white one having the gloss surface coating/layer which would add a slight amount of thickness to the parts (this is where the extra 1g weight comes from). I reckon this probably helps tighten those button tolerances.

Hey sandywind, I don't have the DA V2 as it's not yet available in Australia but I do have the DA Elite which should be very close in size and shape. I just went and dug up my DAE to compare the two. I've also had some more time to compare the Model D and the Skoll so I'll give a couple more thoughts on that too.

Model D vs Deathadder Elite

The DAE is wider at the grip than the Model D, measuring at the base it's about 2-3mm wider, this is noticeable when comparing them in the hand. However I personally prefer the Model D's shape, much like the EC series it's based on it is a shape that fits pretty snugly in your hand, it's more "rounded" where as the DAE has more of a "sharper" hump if that makes sense. On a side note the scroll wheel and the clicks on the Model D are much nicer all round as well.

I've taken some pics of the Model D and the DAE which I've attached below.

Model D vs Skoll

Now that I've had more time switching between these two, I can comment a bit more on the shapes. As stated before they are extremely close in shape and size, with the Model D being ever so slightly longer. However something about the Skoll has felt slightly larger to me, at first I couldn't put my finger on it as I know the Model D is longer and I measured the grip width of both at the base, and it's the same. But upon close inspection the Skoll looks wider at the top. I think this comes down to the downward curve on the right side of the Model D being different to the Skoll. It's not a massive difference but I thought it was worth noting, as I know a few of us (myself included) were originally expecting the Model D to be larger than the Skoll. Other than that they do feel very similar in hand.

The Pook I was given a DHL tracking and it came via USPS. The same thing happens fairly often for me with Amazon, but for them I get a UPS tracking number and it ends up being delivered by USPS.
