|StAndrew||Threads are generally not sealed tight. As long as the gasket is sealed, nothing to worry about.|

If it's designed to be horizontal both ends of the tube should have o-rings.
If not it's not designed well and probably will leak eventually.

Fluid In resevoir End Cap Screw Threads
I recently got a 150 Phoyba Reservoir which is mounted horizontally to the top of my case, and am I am using blue XSPC Fluid with the system. On one side the thread where the cap screws into the reservoir has some of the fluid inside in the actual threads,where the end cap screws into the acrylic, where the other side doesn't? both caps are tight and It does not leak, but at the bottom it seems the fluid extends through all the threads. Is that common or is that something I should be concerned about > ?
