Recent Discussions section spaz out

Dont know if i am the only one that has this problem or what the problem is but sometime when i scroll down or up on a page the recent discussions section on the lower right hand side of the page go crazy spaz out and starts jumping up and down very quickly which is really freaky and very odd

I am using Firefox with addblocker and i have OCN zoomed in to 130% if that matters
Cant be sure but it seems to happen when i start to scroll up

Manged to catch the bug on video but i dont know if my attempt to uploaded it here on OCN worked
Edit: nope file is probably too big

Was just looking to report this. If I scroll down, then up real quick, the banner column on the right goes into disco light strobe mode. Stops immediately when I scroll back to the top of the page. First time I've seen it is today. Running latest Firefox.

Before I can do anything I need the following for all bug reports.

1. Browser type & version (Please do not say "latest", give the actual version)
2. Operating System
3. Applicable browser add-ons
4. Screen resolution
5. Any browser zoom you may be using.

FF 66.0.2
Win10
None
1500x1000 @ 100%
4k @150% I'll have to double check the setting on this machine

Easier way to reproduce is scroll down to low in the page, refresh page, wait for page to load, scroll up, and watch the dance party. Scrolling up to the top doesn't fix it for me and in fact the top of the page just goes blank.

Other symptoms are the scroll bar wiggles and the quick reply box becomes deselected and many elements on the page can no longer be clicked.

Strange, I am unable to replicate this issue with FF 66.0.2 at 150% Zoom at 3440x1440 Native res. I have tried multiple browser zoom options and not able to see the issue so far, the Recent Discussion box sometimes digs itself into the footer, but other than that no craziness. We will have to see if there is a common theme here with other reports.

Home box is 4k 150% windows scaling set to 100% in FF. Of course now I can't recreate it despite being able to do it 100% of the time yesterday : / I'll check the laptop and maybe get a video tomorrow.

Sure thing, if you capture it on video, please let me know as this is the easiest way to diagnose and show the issue to the developers.

Drake87 04-02-2019 11:45 PM

Firefox 66.0.2 (64-bit)
Add-ons: Flagfox, Grammarly, HTTPS Everywhere, LastPass, Ublock Origin
Resolution: 2560x1440/144
scaling: 100% (default)

If you want a video, what capture software is recommended?
