There used to be a fairly comprehensive Skyrim mod thread on OCN can anyone point me in the right direction to it I can't seem to find it for the life of me.

Is there a step by step guide on how to mod skyrim or Skyrim special ed. Cause I haven't done it yet and I am pretty overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that is out there

PC Gamer has a list. There was a big thread for Oblivion mods, not sure if anyone ever made one for Skyrim here.

I found ones just by searching 'skyrim mod order list 2018' or whatever. Then I tried following a big guide but at the beginning I missed stuff. In the end I deleted it all.

There's lots of guides/etc on nexusmods - SkyrimNexus

Now I have Special edition, and some mods, but I haven't tried anything yet. But Skyrim is so huge, I never finished it, but played near 3 thousand hours on Steam alone. I should get it running tho and have a nice place to run around in sometime.

I have FO4 working good and modded.

I'm using Mod Organizer 2, works good, keep's all your mods file separate, so they don't actually overwrite each other. That and LOOT for ordering them.

I still have Skyrim loaded on my PC.
