Which memory for 3900x? Frequency vs. Timings

I'm Looking at the new G.SKILL Trident Z Neo memory options for a 3900x cpu build. Would 3600 CAS 16 memory or 3200 Cas 14 memory be optimal?

F4-3600C16Q-32GTZN

DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800)
Timing 16-16-16-36
CAS Latency 16
Voltage 1.35V

F4-3200C14Q-32GTZN

DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
Timing 14-14-14-34
CAS Latency: 14
Voltage 1.35V

Gen 2 is looking like it's affected by timing much like previous gens.

I wouldnt even get the Neos they are so overpriced but they give people what they want without manual overclocking it themselves. If the price of the 3200 isnt the Neos and some other G.skill thats cl 14 I would go with those and manually overclock it. The Price for what youll get will be much cheaper it just takes work. However for those who just want to Plus xmp and play then youll have to pay extra for the Neos even then. Theyre are plenty of ram options out there.

Well, given the price for these two kits are the same, I guess it is a toss up - either tighten up the timings on one, or push up the frequency on the other. Sound about right?
