Description
Secondary HTPC, it's out in the sunroom running through a 42" Samsung plasma by HDMI. I wanted something that had balls but could power up/down quickly and use minimal power. It replaced an HTPC based on an AM2 Athlon 64 X2. The Llano is very much quicker and powers up/down just right. MSI utility for stand-by is nice.

I chose DDR3 1600 with 8-8-8-24 and only 1.5V to give the Llano APU the speed it needs to feed the on-die GPU. I would have liked to use aftermarket cooling, but nothing would fit. I might mod it to take a Khuler 620 I picked up on sale. The fact that it runs off a 200W PSU is awesome.
