I would up the quality of that PSU; get a Seasonic Platinum 650W, instead. You have room in your budget! Also, an SSD will go a long way. Plextor makes some good ones, but the Samsung 840 Pro seems to be the most popular, right now. Consider using a 7970, instead of the 680, as well. I love my 680 to death, but it isn't worth $569.99 (got the EVGA 680 4GB FTW+) when compared to $400-450 7970gHz, or $300 7950.
