My new pc built in 2015, should last me a while. The important parts are...

- hires monitor capable
- room for a few storage devices
- nice looking mid-size case
- super quiet when idling
- super fast and cool running (super quiet under load is a non-goal)

Excellent vid about the DefineR4 case, demonstrates 240 radiator mounting in the top in detail, you may need to offset to the left to leave room for DIMM slots depending on the mobo. Also shows off all manner of details of the case. Worth a watch if you want to use this case for a rig.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwgVA6_xIis&feature=player_embedded

Starting to like the NZXT h630 and also keeping an eye out for Coolermaster N600 reviews. I'm finding it not so easy to pick the case?

I think I'm gonna hang on to my current Falcon2010 rig for another year and then make a big leap to haswell-e with its impeachable io bandwidth going every which way. That platform should be very long lived.

Corsair 450d looks like the case for me, nice size, good looks, and good cooling. Now I'm waiting on the GTX 9xx series and for some of the early bugs to get shaken out of new x99 products.

My make believe build is suddenly getting very real. Just placed a big order with newegg: 5820k, asusX99-pro, evga980ti-ftw, crucial-ddr4, crucial-mx200. I've decided on a the phanteks evolv ATX for the case. I'm waiting for the grey ones to become available in the US. In the meantime, i'll be assembling in an old silverstone tj-10 i have on hand.
