This thing was cobbled together from spare parts I had lying around. Through some spectacular online deals on cases and GPU's, I was able to get it up and running relatively cheaply. Still, no one, including myself, expected this machine to appear in my room... ;)

Reason being is that in Intel/AMD threads or AMD/Nvidia threads, most people look at your sig rig and will ignore you entirely if you have an Nvidia or AMD card, depending on their biases. I cannot tell you the number of times I've offered my opinion on a matter only for the AMD fans to say "well yeah duh coming from an nvidia fanboy with 2 GTX 480's". The same thing happened with the nvidia folks when I had a Radeon 7950. Nowadays, I've got a new GPU that I will not reveal.

That's actually a great point. I would like less bias on this forum, though it's still miles ahead in that department comparing it to forums from my country. Also, I'm just going to make this reply even though it's way later then the replies of you guys It seems to be the trend here anyways.
