Almost all my parts are second-hand or bought for cheap, and my PC was certainly not put together one day just like that. Every now and then when I can afford to I buy a single component or two that I can upgrade with. The most expensive parts(The RIVE and the 3820) were combined birthday+xmas gifts and were bought from a family friend for cheap. So yeah, I'm not one of those rich people.
