Probably not for those who are scared of risks and always buy new parts. With some research and patience i have come up with the cheapest possible rig possible/performance/quality in this year of 2012
I prefer building the rigs themselves than gaming so I always enjoy challenges and such things that require a little ingenuity and technical knowledge over being buying retail.
