I finally been able to run for more then 5 minutes @ 200*20 / 1.52 Vcore.
CPU/NB V - 1.35
NB V - 1.28

RAM timing is unchanged but I changed the auto voltage to 1.5v.

Any recommendations?
Or do I just not have a good OCing chip.

I had a lot better luck with lower multiplier and higher clock rate. I couldn't run 3.8 anywhere near cool and keep it stable with high multiplier. By accident I found a solid setup with 17 multiplier and default ram multiplier (iirc).

I'll see if I can get some luck with that.
I'll also come back with my other BIOS config.

If I remember correctly, mine is 220x17 at 1.42v in the bios. I'm far from a guru on this, but it was the first time I was able to run over 3.8 stable. Before this I was trying for a x19/x20 multiplier and it was super hot and could barely fold. It did run hot on the stock cooler though. Mugen 2 with 2 crap fans keeps it nice and cool.
