55'C should be the max along with 1.55v max.

But it'll still last you a few years anyways. Might have to up the voltage a tad over time because of degradation.

Myself would leave it and keep the 4.2GHz.

Try to oc ur pc to max but done cross 1.55 v without proper cooling ur current HSF needs to be change with some thing like a H100 or cm V10 that with provide u cool temps i guess ur chip may die if it continues these temp 65c is th Tj max for phenom happy Oct
