I was reading somewhere that the X6 Processors did not overclock well with my MB. Anyone else have the same MB as me that can confirm how well the X6 processors over clock on this board.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't see why it would at all be an issue. The MA790XT is a solid board (had one a good while back) and if you update your BIOS to the latest version it also supports all x6 processors.

With support being all well and good it will clock just like any other processor would on the board with no issues. If the 1090T is anything like me 1055T, then you'll enjoy nice and high clocks in the 4GHz range with high air cooling/h50
