Okay so i just got finished putting together my first build in a long while and i figured i would check the cpu temps because this is a used cpu and i wanted to make sure it was running well before i gave feed back on ebay. So i get speed fan and to my surprise it is telling me that the sensor in there is reading at -128c, anyone got any ideas as to whats up with this or is it more than likely just a broken sensor?

There is nothing to worry about. It is just a bug. That is not your CPU temp, it is an erroneous temperature that is exhibited on many AMD based boards.

Not to worry!

Your CPU temp is either 1 or 3, not 2. Probably 1, check with other temperatures software such as HWMonitor or CoreTemp.
