i might be getting a i7 setup in a trade. But i was wondering if i should trade my ram as well as he has 6 gigs of ddr3 1333 cas 8 vs my 4 gigs of ddr3 1600 6-8-6-24. Now my ram does 18-- 7-9-7-24 on a amd setup with 1.65 volts. Would it be worth it to trade ram with him as well

What i7 is that? if that's for an x58 set up, you would be better off with a triple channel kit. if it's a 1156 set up, dual channel.
