So this obstacle run I guess you just bunker until these obstacles are announced? Or download 14 days worth and hope for the 200% day to come before you are forced to upload them?

New discipline: Obstacle Run. Three obstacles of one day each have to be crossed on this year's Marathon track. At each obstacle, each team gets a bonus of 100%, 150%, or 200% of the credits it scored on the day in this discipline's stats. The obstacles and the bonus are announced at the beginning of the respective day. The project for the Obstacle Run is announced three days prior to the start.

The system I loaded up with Number Fields is going to run out of CPU work before I can upload it, still have GPU tasks. Does anyone know a blocking URL so I could download some Universe to crunch in the interim? Failing that I can try to set up another client or VM this evening when I have time.

I ran out of tasks on the system I was crunching Universe on also, uploading those now and will try to fill it up again. Don't have any idea when one of the obstacles will occur and don't want to sit idle.

Universe is giving me plenty of work, earlier it would say no tasks in the log but have many in the server status page, seems to be OK now.

Of course the big bonus comes after I unload and have work units on clients with Number Fields and Prime Grid ones

Well I just woke up to silent rigs. Power went out briefly sometime last night so I have no idea how many hours were lost.

I hate it when that happens. When we were in CO we could go many months without power issues. Since moving to the PNW power it is very flaky, brief outages are common and we have had a few significant ones of a day or longer. We have a large generator that kicks in automatically after some number of seconds. But my systems riding out these power hits is interesting, I have an old Intel server (2xL5640) and my Raspberry Pi just survive anything, when the power is back they will come back, and they handle even dirty power and very brief interruptions fine. I have a 1700x running Ubuntu though that will auto-restart after power outage more than a few seconds but not the shorter ones, and Windows is useless. Not sure how the fiber gets powered, but even when I am on generator that usually works.

It will be nice to unload these Prime and Numberfields bunkers later today and rearrange some things. Running out of Universe on one system thats getting no tasks available, although the server status says there is plenty.

I have about 1183 Universe split between 2 systems, maybe a days worth. Hopefully another bonus day comes tomorrow or I have choose if I release these to get more, assuming it will give me any.

We should know what the City Run is going to be any time now. 5 day discipline announced 3 days in advance.

I was able to get ~150 of the GW GPU tasks last night, and another 50 or so mixture of CPU tasks before I gave up.

I've got close to 1000 Universe complete and I don't think any of them uploaded over night.

I have 1048 Universe completed that did not upload today. I suspended the project for now, hopefully they will upload as things settle down between bonus and I can get credit for them then.

Uploaded my 80 SRBase tasks and am running that now on one system.

I'll have 200 Einstein to upload when that starts tomorrow.

Universe is a mess, you might do better with the time left to do some Einstein.

Maybe I'll get these last couple hundred Universe uploaded by the next Pentathlon.
