Prepping rigs now. I think I will just put all my GPUs on numberfields and then switch them to Primegrid after that event ends. IIRC Primegrid PPS give the best PPD, but can have long pending queues, so WW could be better towards the end of the cross country for quicker point returns. I dont have any AMD gpus for Universe but will put a few CPUs on it.

Sorry cant help you with that, I run multiple clients. I currently have 11 clients active on 4 rigs lol. Can you block the main project URL or is that too easy?
Let me know if you can get more than a few Universe projects at a time. I have not been able to download enough for a bunker since last night.
If you need help setting up a second client in Ubuntu let me know. I also have them setup in Windows but dont remember all the steps.
I learned most of it from mmonnins guide [Guide] Setting up multiple BOINC Instances

Looks like their servers are backed up with the uploads lol. Mine have been pending for 25 minutes.
Yeah bad timing for you guys but there will be 2 more bonus days so its all good. Im only using my GPUs for numberfields at the moment so all my CPU cycle are on Universe.

I now have zero input/output on Universe and Numberfields, so thats fun.
Some notes for Nvidia and Primegrid
RTX2060 PPS aboout 10% better PPD than WW
RTX3060 WW about 20% better PPD than PPS, RTX 3060 is a LHR gpu, but I havent seen it perform worse than the 2060 in anything other than Primegrid.

Yeah my experience is I can only run SRbase on my primary GPU and another project on the other GPUs. This only works if the two projects are running in the same client if I move one out then it creates issues trying to use the primary for both projects. Im just not sure I have the time to test different configs to let SRbase bunker while trying to keep us getting pionts in Primegrid.
EDIT:FYI I wont be putting much into the next Javelin throw. So I will be bunkering until the 4th throw. Let me know if you guys have decent bunkers for the next throw, I was going to wait, but realized the projects may expire before the 4th throw. I have about 600 gpu tasks. If we get a decent 3rd throw we wouldnt have to worry about that project anymore.

Its a logistical nightmare, but Im not mad at the GPU projects because Im CPU weak. When I upgrade the rigs more cores are on the agenda. In the past the rigs were just for folding so cheapest CPU, mobo, ram I could find and the best GPUs I could afford. Now that I am running a lot more BOINC I need upgrades in the CPU and RAM departments.

Well numberfields screwed me with the longer tasks. I had my bunkers set perfectly but now they are taking almost twice as long. Unfortunately I have let them run the rest of the night before I can switch projects. There are too many and I wont abort just to get some points elsewhere. On the plus side I think we are doing pretty good for 3 active members.
