I am doing a discussion for 5-10 minutes in class and I need to know the basic position of the united states in the 1967 war (The six day war).

Thats what I keep finding on google, but it doesn't really show the position of the united states in comparision against the other countries, it just outlines the war, not really the positions of the countries.

Do you know where I can find anything about the United States' position in the days leading up to the war? Good find on the bbc by the way.
