Those are 2 completely different options. You'll see a performance increase with the raptor. 2 of those in RAID 0 can't really be beat in speed. However, it won't offer nearly the amount of storage a 1 TB will. So, storage, got with the TB drive, speed, the raptor, that's it.

It helps with access times. So you'll boot slightly faster, load games faster, search faster. But, all in all, if you already have a raptor, it won't seem too crazy. I would just get the TB drive for the space it'll offer.
