2 led fans, which ones?

I want two blue LED case fans. I want them cheap, and silent, but still maybe a good price/quality performance.

if you can understand my question and have any advice, thanks.

They're not silent at full RPM but no fan will be. If you're looking to go silent you'll want to plug any fan you get either into a fan controller or directly into your motherboard.

I just installed 2 R4's. One on my Dark Knight HS and one on the side window and they are super quiet and look good to boot. Now I just need to get my red LED's to work on my Storm Scout!
